The relationship is starting with NEL looking after 9 passenger lifts at the Baltic Quay development in Gateshead. As with all residential sites, the reliability of lifts for residents is crucial, particularly those with mobility issues.

RMG have chosen a gold agreement for Baltic Quay to ensure the best level of care is received. Each lift will have 6 maintenance visits per annum where they will provide condition reports, health and safety reports, carry out minor required adjustments and book in any additional visits and fixes required.
