With such a wide range of lifts the team are extremely familiar with and able to maintain lifts manufactured by Otis, Kone, Orona, Schindler, Pickerings, ThyssenKrupp and all independents.  

Call outs are covered 365 days a year, 24 hours a day by highly qualified and reliable engineers. The service sale team work closely with customers to create an effective affordable lift maintenance contract to ensure needs and requirements are met. With the goal being to maximise the lifespan of the equipment, Northern Elevators carry out efficient preventative maintenance. Lifts need to be serviced either 3 or 6 times a year depending on the type of product, it is important to abide by the guidance of lift suppliers to ensure you have a safe and efficient lift at all times. There are 3 types of maintenance agreements available; 

  • Bronze 
  • Silver 
  • Gold 

As well as lift maintenance and service and repair, Northern Elevator Limited also offer refurbishments and installations of new lifts.
